Structure composition:

The computer version preforming machine is a plunger structure machine, mainly composed of extrusion device, hydraulic system, vacuum system, water circulation system, electric heating system, pneumatic system, cutting system and electric control system.

• extrusion device: the hydraulic cylinder, the barrel, the head and so on.
• hydraulic device: high pressure gear pump, flow valve, and hydraulic valve of hydraulic cylinder are controlled by flow valve. The
  pressure difference valve before and after throttling is always controlled at a constant value, so as to ensure the accurate control
  of the weight of extruded blanks.
• pneumatic device: the operation used to control the opening and closing of the head.
• vacuum system: vacuum is first evacuated before extruding, eliminating the air mixed with the air in the machine head and the rubber, so as to improve the quality of the next process vulcanized product.
• heating system: using the water circulation heating mode, the temperature is controlled and displayed by the digital temperature
  controller. Ensure that the temperature of the head and barrel is constant.
• cutting device: it is made up of frame, motor, and deceleration system. The cutting motor adopts the variable frequency governor to
  achieve stepless speed regulation, and a transmission device is installed in the lower part of the frame.
• the use of High Definition LCD touch screen and PLC to achieve full automatic control operation.
• use the electronic feedback system communication control, automatically adjust the speed of the knife, so that the cut rubber to reach the required weight.
